But its development is also conditioned to the harmonious impulse of its internal structures to reinforce the efficiency of the port and promote its marketing. The Director Plan takes in a complete work program for the next years. It is an ambitious but realistic and viable work. A work program that needs not only implication but also the active participation of the whole community to reach a satisfactory conclusion for its full development with all the guarantees.
